Questions about 1900 Park Fare

I'm planning on booking a late breakfast at 1900 on our checkout day. Does the quality of the food decline considerably by a certain time. In other words, do they stop putting out fresh items, do things seem dried out and stale, that kind of thing. I'm trying to determine how late is too late for an ADR. I hope that makes sense. Also, there are items listed for kids under 9, but since it's a buffet, can anyone get those items? I'm specifically thinking about the Mickey waffles. My Disney adult kids will still want the the waffles. Thanks.

Since it's a buffet you can get anything you want from the kids section. The only difference is the counter is slightly shorter than the rest lol. I believe they constantly turn over the food as people eat it so I would imagine the quality stays pretty consistent throughout the morning. 1900 Park Fare is one of our favourites for breakfast or dinner, the characters and food are always great!

The last time we ate there they had such a high turnover that there was not much time for the food to sit around. Enjoy

1) It doesn't keep well on the table overnight.
2) Other than that, don't worry about your late meal time.
3) Food is replenished, so the items remain "fresh".
4) They only thing is that some long-cooking items might not be replenished, so they are not wasted and thrown out.
