When my husband and I went to Disney for our honeymoon in 1999 we were able to send items we purchased back to our room instead of carrying them around the park all day.

This year we are going back but have decided to camp. This will be our first time stating at the Fort and I was wondering if you can still send items back to the Fort so we don't have to carry them around all day.

Yes, you can send items back to the Fort. You can pick your items up the next day at the Meadows Trading Post, just bring your paperwork with you.
However, your last day of your stay, I wouldn't send ltems back cause there would be a chance the items wouldn't arrive to the Meadows in time for your departure.

Just in case you ever stay at another Disney Resort besides the fort, they no longer send it to your room but to your resort's gift shop.
