I am just wondering if it is better to book my own WDW trip or use a Travel agent. If I book through the WDW company will I get the same help as if I went through a Travel agent. The reason I am asking is I asked the TA if we could get connecting rooms and she says no and when I called Disney on the phone, they said I could request but not be guaranteed a connecting room. Just wondering if WDW Customer service and Kingdom magic vacations helps you in the same way. Thank you
