2 days ago I purchased the wild arctic tour and the quick que, then I received an email about blue friday specials that would be a big savings since we are a family of 6! I tried calling seaworld and they were not much help! What would be the best way to handle this? Should I book online with the discount and then cancel what I already paid for? Should I cancel first then try to book? She did say it was based on availability and we are going in April during a busy time but not during the first 3 busier weeks. She said we could call on friday and do it all at the same time but call wait times would be excessive. I can only imagine what that means since I was just on hold for 19 minutes. Do they sell fast? Thanks for any advice or insight!

Are you able to purchase online? I would be on the website in the morning and buy the tours there. That's how I always buy them. Phones are very busy during blue Friday. I had a friend on hold once over 45 mins. Then after the craziness dies down call back to cancel the full price tour. Hope that helps

The BOGO Wild Arctic Up-Close tour and Quick Queue deals have to be used/booked by December 19th, unfortunately. :worried:
