Question regarding luggage transfer from OKW checkin to room?

Happy Disney Friday Everyone!

We're getting down to our last 2 weeks before our trip ... and I'm starting to worry about the little stupid things.

This is probably a really stupid question from a veteran Disney person, but having never stayed at a DVC resort, this is a first time experience for us.

Since we're flying into Sanford airport not MCO, we'll be using a Towncar service to transport us to OKW. We are also arriving quite late (10:30pm' ish). What I'm wondering is if I need to make sure that the Towncar driver stays with us at checkin to drive us over to our room or should I not worry about it and assume that the bell service will transport us and luggage (for 8 people) to our room.

We're really hoping for a room quite a ways out in the South Point area.

It's our first stay at OKW and I'm the one doing all the planning.... I want to make sure that with our late arrival, lots of luggage and probably quite a few bags of groceries that I don't need to be concerned about hauling it all to the room.

Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!!!!!!

When you checkin, bell services will take you and your bags to your room if you want. Back in NOV we took ME from MCO. We didn't have to worry about our bags, but at checkin they offered to drive us over to our room.
