Question regarding DDP & 1 day ticket

I have never used the DDP before and am a little confused .

When buying the DDP I understand that you need to purchase a 1 day base ticket.....however is it possible to buy a 5 day hopper ticket instead? TIA.

Yes, you can buy any length of ticket you wish (you must buy AT LEAST a one-day base ticket, unless you are a DVC member or you have an annual pass). The caveat is that every person on your reservation must buy the same tickets.

Thanks for that....i guessed it would be the case I can't see disney turning down money from smeone wanting to buy longer tickets
