Of a reservation.

It's a bit complicated sorry.

We are fortunate to be foster parents to a wonderful 3 year old girl. We planned our trip to Disney over a year ago. It is a vacation with dh's extended family and moving or not going is not an option. I also have a biological three year old daughter who would be devastated if we didnt go.
There is some issues with the birth mom granting us permission to leave the state for this vacation. Our workers are trying.to convince her that this is a good thing for her daughter. I say it's about 50/50 she goes with us.
We bought a plane ticket for foster dd and are prepared to eat that cost if we have to. We leave in less than a month and have received Mickey mail. She is not registered in our room ye because If I add her to our reservation I will need to pay for the dining plan. I want her registered so we can get yellow tags and have a reservation for her on me. This is the question- if I pay for the dining plan at this point and then cancel can I get all or most of that money back?

I do plan on calling to ask but to further complicate matters we are using my fathers dvc points so he has to call member services.

I'm sorry, I don't have the answer to your question. I hope that your foster daughter will be able to come to Disney with you guys. I'm sure she will have the best time of her life! I am sending you and your foster daughter some ~*Pixie Dust*~ and pray that she will be able to come. pixiedust:

I would not add the dinng plan for her yet, since, this is a DVC res you can add her to your room and add dining up to 48 hours prior to arrival. If you don't get a yellow tag for her, you just need to stop at the ME counter and give them your bag tag #. Also, try calling ME I believe they will send extra tags if you ask.

Hopefully, her bio mom will change her mind and let her go with your family...:cloud9:
