Question RE: Tickets?

This will be our first time going to Disney and we are staying at CR-Concierge level. I booked the package online and I did the Magic Your Way with dining. Does this include my park tickets or just my dining plan? I am so confused because the concierege said tickets were not on my plan (or that he didn't see any). I thought when I booked it online though they were included. Any help? Thanks!

You must order some kind of ticket, initially the same kind for everyone in your party. They can be as minimal as one day basic regardless of the number of room nights or meal days, but cannot be annual passes. You pay Disney's advance purchase ticket prices, which do not include any discounts for the one through three day tickets.

Recheck your package details to see what kind of tickets, if any, were included so far. You can make changes up or down until the change deadline for your package.

I think if you do the Magic Your Way you'll have at least the base tickets for the time you are down there. A base ticket would get you into one park per day. You have to pay a little extra to add on park-hopping and the water park and fun stuff. You have to have a least one day park ticket to qualify for the dining plan. I would re-check your paperwork.

Did you check your confirmation paperwork? It should have everything listed (resort, tickets, dining plan and the fact that you're a concierge-level guest). If any of the info is missing, you will need to call CRO (not the concierge) to make sure that it gets fixed.

If everything on the paperwork is just what you expected, then you shouldn't have any problems. Make sure that you bring your confirmation paperwork with you when you go. The concierge will check you in but if there are any discrepancies, having the paperwork with you will go a long way towards getting it fixed faster.

BTW, you're going to LOVE the CR! It's so close to the MK that you can walk to it. And every morning you can hear the sounds of the MK waking up from your balcony. Have a great trip!

Booking online takes you through each step, so you should've been able to pick out yout tickets,, what kind you wanted (hoppers, regular, or water parks added) and how many days you wanted them for. You also can't book the dining plan without some tickets. I would call and see what you have booked and get it straightened out before you get there.
