Question re Dreams quote

I have just had a quote from Dreams for the Halloween Cruise in 2004. However, we are on this year's Halloween cruise and so could re-book on board. Does anyone know whether the Dreams rate is likely to be cheaper than the on board booking rate, taking into account the on board credit. We need 2 staterooms and so would get $200 on board credit for each room.
