I would call DME directly and verify you are in their system. Back in May when the service first started everyone was complaining that they were not going to get their luggage tags. I was upset because everytime I called DME they didn't have my information in their system. CRO did, but their computers apparently have some trouble transferring the info over to DME computers. Anyway after four phone calls DME finally had me in their computer, but told me I wouldn't get the my luggage tags. Lo and behold, four days before I left my tags arrived (with all my flight info on them). Other people during that time did not get their tags, but because they had verified the information with DME their luggage was picked up. At the line where you check into DME they had booklets with pictures of luggage and were having people identify their luggage and then were going to pick it up for them. For my trip in Sept, I received my tags this past Saturday (08/27/05) exactly 21 days before we leave and checked the flight information first ting. It was correct.
Anyway, after my experience in May where CRO had my flight information, but couldn't seem to get it to the DME people, I would call DME directly to verify I was in 'their' computer system.
