I think online works also.

I just renewed our AP's last week and online didn't work so i called and they send us the AP renewal vouchers and they are valid 15 months starting at our anniversary date.

So then online must work also......

They do work for online renewals. It will not say anything on the plastic voucher itself, just on the paper receipt.

I couldn't get the online renewal to work either so I ended up calling. It was quick and easy on the phone.
