Question on the Pin Cruise RSP

My dd really wanted certain pins, so to make sure she would get them, I filled out all three RSP forms but only the first level. And we got everything we ask for, I was shocked. So now we got 3 of each pin that she wanted! We too cannot afford the $400 worth of pins. So if someone didn't get what they wanted they could let me know. I will probably turn most back in. I also didn't know if it would be worth it for us to keep some to either trade or sell? I don't know anything about pins, my dd just like to collect them for fun. Should I keep some to trade or sell(like on ebay) or should I just turn them in? What do you all think?
