Question on Target Pharmacy rewards discount

So, I have a coupon for the extra 5% from pharmacy rewards. It's a physical card, to hand to the cashier.
There is also an insert in there, that says "now get rewards online too", with a long code to put in the online checkout.
Can I use both of these? Use the online code today, and the physical card (which does not have that long code number on it) tomorrow at the store?

The short answer is "no"...but...

...that 5% certificate is considered as a "one-day pass", meaning you can use it multiple times in a single day at multiple Target stores, as well as target.com
