Question on Silver/Gold/Plat point rental plans

I've read the "must read" post for renting/transferring points or existing reservations, but still have a question. Does the reservations "no later than 30 days out" restriction apply only to existing reservations? If I wanted to post a generic "points available for rent" can I only rent out points if the reservations is within 30 days? The restriction language only says "reservations" and not "existing reservations" so I am a little confused.

You can not list a confiremed reservation unless it is within 30 days. If you are only offering your points and will book based on the dates someone has asked about, then those can be for any date, subject to the rules of the plans
