I had to cancel a cruise line reservation totaling 256pts and now may be unable to use the points before my use year ends(feb 06), due to my wife being pregnant. Does anyone know if/how I could rent them out? I know i would have to let them go cheap but that's not really and issue right now. Thanks everyone :D

I would be interested in renting your points. I need 52 for May.

I have rented from another member before and can tell you how it works. I just had a baby myself, and need a vacation!

Please email me if you are interested in renting your points to me. Let me know how much per point.

can anyone tell me if I can make a reservation under someone elses name using my points, and if so how hard is it? I need to unload reservations points due to my wife being pregnant. they can only be used on non-DVC and II reservations(256pts if anyone is interested). thanks :D

Will send a PM, but would like to rent 64 points for OKW for 5/21 - 5/26. Thank you.

**PLEASE NOTE**

The points available from this member are "Reservation Points" which means they CANNOT be used for reservations at DVC Resorts (OKW, VB, HH, BWV, VWL, BCV or SSR).

They may be rented for use at any of the moderate or deluxe resorts at WDW and DL or for the Disney Cruise (or for any of the other non-DVC options).

If they call us, we could use your points.

You didn't cancel for the member's cruise, did you, by any chance. If so, maybe we could change reservation to us???

So... how exactly does that work then? How do you determine how many points you need for a moderate resort? I will check the point chart, but don't remember anything but DVC being there. Thanks.

I am planning to the world in June and would be willing to purchase your points if someone could explain to me the difference between renting DVC points and purchasing reservation points.
