Question on refurb

If it says Disneyland Railroad Mickey's Toontown is under refurb from January 10, 2016 - 2017 does this mean all of Toontown? Sorry new to DL.

I believe it means only the ToonTown Station, which is not actually inside TT itself. The closure would be due to the entire DLRR being refurbed for Star Wars Land. As far as I know, TT itself should remain open. Other posters may chime in with more updated info.
