Question on phases/dates of Kidani village

So DH found the following on allears:

As development work continues on Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas , Disney's Animal Care team has reached a key milestone, welcoming okapi to the resort's animal population. The new animals are becoming acclimated to their new surroundings and will be visible to Members and Guests when the new Pembe Savanna opens as part of the second phase of Kidani Village (currently scheduled for September 2009).

We were planning on taking our trip 'home' to Kidani in August of next year, but if everything isn't open still, we want to wait. Does anyone know what is scheduled for a Sept opening, and what we would miss in Aug?

Problem is right now is that it is anyone's guess. Looking at sequence of units being designated for sale, It looks like a subtantial part of the resort will be done May 1 when Phase I opens and the northeastern part, towards and at where the Pembe savanna will be, will not be open until Sep. As to lobby, restaurants, store, pool, all should be open May 1.
