Question on Free Dining Dates and I'm not a Visa Cardholder

Hello Disney Experts!
I was wondering for those of you with some past expertise on free dining, now that the Free Dining with Disney Visa dates have been released will the dates be the same for free dining when opened to the general public? I have ressies now for Aug 20th-28th at CBR that I am hoping I can add the Free Dining.
