Hi everyone. I'm not sure where to post this but this board seemed the most appropriate. My brother and niece went to WDW for the first time in December. While they were there they purchased a few items that were to be mailed home. They received the etched mugs from Epcot (thank goodness because those were a gift for me . . .ha ha) He said they also had a poster made at the Star Tours gift shop. They got a small one done which they brought home and the poster size was to be mailed in 4-6 weeks. They had it done on 12/7 and it still hasn't arrived. He called an 800 number but all he could do there was leave a message. Does anyone know of a phone number or e-mail address he could contact someone to find out when the poster will arrive? I am going down there at the end of February and I have the claim ticket but it would be nice to locate it before then if possible. Anybody have experience with this or know who to contact. I told him if anyone would know the answer it would be my DIS friends.
