Question on Buena Vista and Vistanna Village rates

I may have a quick trip to WDW and I am seeing the rates for the Buena Vista and Vistanna and they look real nice.

I think we are suppose to book trough Dreams to get the rates, my question is how much in advance do we need to book?

I may have only 24 hours notice.

It think it would be very difficult to turn around a reservation for either property in 24 hours.
