Question on borrowing points

Can someone please help me. I have a December use year, we want to make reservations for this October, would it be possible for me to borrower 2014 points from my account? Any help will be appreciated.

For an October 2013 reservation, you would need to borrow from December 2013. December is a confusing use year in that regard.

I will borrower all of my points from December 2013 but I still need more points, will I be allowed to borrower from December 2014 also? This is confusing for me.

You can only borrow one year's worth of points. On or after December 2013- you can then borrow from your December 2014 points. Sorry!

You can buy single use points from member services for I believe $15 per point. There's a limit to how many (maybe 24?). But it can help if you're just a few points shy.
