My DH and I wanted to Go to MNSSHP for the first time this year..
Does anyone know if adults can wear costumes?

I've heard Disney wont let adults/teens wear princess dresses to the parks because they don’t want them confused with real characters...but didn’t know if the MNSSHP was different

Thanks in advance princess:

DH & I have never worn costumes but many adults do. I have never heard that adults can't wear Princess costumes. I think you can, I know that I saw someone dressed up as Maleficent (I know not a princess but...). I'm sure someone here will know for sure.

Anyone can wear a costume to the parks if they like as well as to the halloween party. There are some restrictions as far as masks and weapons but anyone of any age is welcome to dress up ~ in fact encouraged to do so at the party.

Last October there was a woman dressed as tinkerbell - guest not CM - and she looked just like tinkerbell. She was a shorter young woman with blonde hair in a bun and the most beautiful costume. She was enjoying the party with her family, dh was captain hook and dd was wendy darling.

I'm so happy to hear :cool1: ...We normally do horror nights, but wanted to try something new...Plus i'm always looking for a reason to dress up for the holiday princess:

Yes, you can do princess costumes. DH and I were Hook and Tink one year and I did get a lot of little girls coming up to me, thinking I was an official character (even though I look nothing like tinker bell, lol). Anyway, as long as you don't mind all the attention from strangers, go for it!
