Where do you get a good book to use? I've looked everywhere, WH Smiths, Paperchase, Stationery Box even The Works but I can't see any books that look suitable. Actually that's a lie, I found one but it was £20 and I don't have that kind of money to spend on a hobby (poor student! ) is that the sort of price I'm going to be paying or do toy guys know where to get books cheaper? I was looking at hardback books, A4 size with thick pages.

On a good note I have found loads of stuff to put in my first book. I'm making a Disney one about our last trip to WDW (my first time there) and I went to all the travel agents in Leeds and picked up their brochures - beautiful pictures in there. Stationery box are doing a fantastic range of stickers too, I saw Nemo, Princesses and Pooh and our shop it tiny so ther might be others in bigger stores.

I'm currently doing a digital "scrapbook" for me and the others who went with us to Florida. I'm doing it all as webpages and embedding sounds, videos and pictures I find elsewhere on the web. It's starting to really look great, I did Tower of Terror and Haunted Mansion over the weekend. It's sad that i can't put it all online for you to see when it's done but everything's copyrighted elsewhere. I'll take some pictures of a few pages to show you, I think it looks great!

Hi there

I quite fancy a bash at scrapbooking, there is an album in Lakeland but it is £20. I will watch with interest to see if you get any other ideas.

Well I just checked with a currency converter and 20 GBP is about 37 USD at the moment. (Hopefully you were speaking British pounds!) So I'd have to say that isn't too far off the mark for the higher quality albums in the US.

There are less expensive options and you could probably find some of them at the websites noted in some of the frequently asked questions links or sites such as www.cropperscottage.com or www.creativecropping.com

I do not know if they ship out of the US and if so what their rates are though. Most of the albums here are either 8.5 x 11 inches or 12 x 12 inches format and come with 10-20 pages (2 sides to each) - extra pages can be purchased as well.

Good luck!

Deb
