Question for those who have used Nolitours

Hello!

Our trip is already booked/paid for and all, but I had a question about the documentation that you receive if you have booked through a TA, who in turn books through Nolitours.

The TA that I used informed me that we would be receiving a mail out from Disney, but she didn't provide any details as to what this might be - and has since gone on vacation. The person who I was directed to is quite new with the agency, and isn't very .... good ... at answering my questions.

I know that we will be receiving our luggage tags from the ME, and that this is a totally separate mail out; so that's covered. But will we - since we booked through a TA who in turn booked through Nolitours - receive anything directly from Disney? Or, as direct as them sending it to the TA who will hand it off to us, I mean.

I know that people who book direct from Disney receive the mail out with other luggage tags, discount coupons, etc... - and those I don't particularly care about (I'm just happy to be going to Disney at all!); but I wanted to be clear on what I should be waiting to receive. Chalk it up to first timers nerves

Coming from a bonafide TA here, when a TA books with Nolitours, they will receive vouchers that you, in turn, exchange for the travel services you booked (i.e. flight, hotel room, tickets, etc) These vouchers usually get e-mailed to the agency and your TA just prints them out and gives them to you. The only thing that gets mailed to you would be the ME transfer booklet, if that's how you set it up with your TA. Sometimes the TA can have the booklet mailed to the agency so everything is in one place for you to pick up. It all depends how you arranged it with your TA. As far as I know, there isn't anything additional that Disney will be mailing out to you. It would be wise to clear this up with your TA upon his/her return from his/her vacation. When are you travelling? Relax! Everything will turn out fine
