Question for those who have been to the World of Disney Store lately......

I was wondering if anyone knows if they sell the mickey mouse canvas tennis shoes that are sold on the disneyshopping site? I was also wondering if anyone knew if they sold decorative bathroom items (mickey towels, shower curtain, etc) that are sold through the catalog and the website? I would like to purchase these items but am planning on a trip next month and will also have a $150 gift card and would like to be able to use it if possible there, plus it would save me bucks on shipping charges. I have tried to look up the telephone number for the store but can't find it anywhere.

I saw canvas shoes at WOD in WDW earlier this month but I don't remember seeing any bathroom items like the ones they have in the Disney Direct catalog. I am not sure what your $150 card is but remember World of Disney will not take Disney Store gift cards. They are separate now. They do accept Disney Dollars however.

I bought some canvas shoes in California Adventures two years ago. If they're not identical to the ones on the Disney Store web site, they're very similar. I have no idea if they're sold there anymore, but I'd guess they have something like that. I bought them in the store near the Grizzly River Run; lots of people were shopping for dry clothes there!

The bathroom things are sold a few different places in the parks. I remember one store in particular is on Main Street. I can't remember if the World of Disney has that stuff. The nice thing about shopping in the parks vs. shopping online or in the mall Disney stores is that you'll find more variety in the parks (just not the great prices!). Good luck!
