Question for Sony A55, A57 or A65 owners

I just got my A57 camera the other day and this weekend is going to be my first chance to actually use it heavily.

This weekend there were will be an opportunity to shoot fireworks and I saw on the help screen for fireworks I would be in Manual Mode (M) and to put the setting to BULB. I have been looking for a BULB setting and I can't find it. Does anyone know how to get to that setting.

I am excited to try out my camera as I will be going to the Spring All Star Race in Charlotte and attending the Blake Shelton Concert before the race.

I believe once you are in manual use the shutter control wheel to slide the shutter speed all way down to Bulb. I believe that is how but could be wrong lol. Have been there on my A55 but didnt use the setting at the time.

Edit*** I just pulled up the A55/A33 Manual and that is indeed how you get to the Bulb setting using these cameras. Not sure thought if the A57 is the same

Thank you!!! This weekend is my trial weekend for it so I can get used to the camera. I do have back up just in case. I am taking my Minolta 5D. I also have two memory cards for it so far because I usually take around 500 shots during the race, so I can see me using up my memory card pretty quickly.

Make sure if you're in Bulb mode to use a tripod and shutter release(either cable or wireless).

Thanks for the info...It looks like I will have the opportunity to try to shoot fireworks over the July 4th holiday.

So far I am very happy with my camera. I used it over the weekend when I was in Charlotte for the race. We did some other siteseeing and I used it then too. I just have to download my pictures, but I know I took over 1000!!
