I agree with the concern about kids taking vitamins!
Honestly, with me, most vitamins would make me sick... everything from stomach-ache to migraines.
I think that they are full of synthetic vitamins and additives that really bother me.
The only reason that I mentioned the iron is that, even with a modestly healthy diet, it is hard for many women to get enough iron... Unless you are eating fresh red meat, and dark greens like Spinich, almost daily... it is easy to become iron deficient. I also do not think that most general vitamin supplements have enough iron to be toxic.
Here is what we take...
An all natural supplement that is full of many vitamins, minerals, enzymes, etc... As I said, I am VERY sensitive, and I can take these with absolutely no problem...
