Dreamflight please tell me all! Because of you and BambiTamby, I cancelled my reservation at the Peabody through the Reading Renaissance Conference. I went to the Preferred Hotel website and found the Selectively Preferred Flordia perk when you book using American Express.
The SPF includes room upgrade, complimentary valet parking, and a specially selected welcome amenity. I booked a club room for $200. with the senior citizen rate for my three nights. Saved money over the conference rate that I had to begin with.
My questions:
1. Since I'm paying for Club level can we expect a room upgrade, and what type of upgrade would you suggest.
2. The breakfast on club level, is it like Disney concierge where you serve yourself from a buffet? The Peabody website was confusing. They gave 4 choices for breakfast and had something about seating.
3. Are there any regular club level rooms on the 26th floor?
4. What is a welcome amenity? Examples....
