Question for Boma experts

What do you think is the best night to dine at Boma, menu wise? What are your "can't miss" favorites?

Dont know which days its on Im afraid but the Peanut Butter Rice is fantastic!

I don't know the days either, sorry, but we love the flank steak and a coconut seafood chowder. We asked the server for the recipes and they did email them to me after we got home.......I think I just got my inspiration for dinner tonight!

Zebra Domes, Durban Spiced Roasted Chicken, Fufu. One of the soups was incredible but I don't remember the name and I can't find it anywhere. I would definitely go there with an open mind and an empty tummy. There are so many wonderful foods there that you just been to try a little of everything!

Saturdays and (I think) Wednesdays.

Because those are the nights the ribs are on the buffet.

That's our night!!! We are addicted to the coconut seafood chowder. They have it on Tuesday's and Friday's.

I like the Tue/Fri menu much better then the Mon/Thu menu. I'm going to try and plan my ADRs so I end up there on a Wed or Sat this trip, but the park hours always seem to complicate that since I like to eat at Boma on my AK days.
