This is going to sound really simple, but take some time to just enjoy the beautiful lobby. Maybe sit down by the fireplace and write a postcard to a friend or family members at home. Walk around and take pictures of the details. Take the elevator up to one of the upper levels and walk across the little bridge that runs over top of the lobby. It's a really great resort, and in my opinion it is the resort that does the best job of transporting guests to an entirely new experience.
Also, Jiko is an amazing restaurant, so if you have the time and money, I'd recommend a relaxed dinner there (as in, don't plan to go out to the parks afterwards, or plan it for a very late time). Boma is great also, but a less relaxing atmosphere.
