question for a friend - southwest

A friend of mine is going on her first WDW trip

She wants to fly southwest, but can't get the option to book it with her package online - can she do this on the phone or is her only option to book them separately?

I had to book them seperatly. I them called Disney back to book my M.E(magical express). It's just an extra step, with the(southwest)on being on ME you would think that they should be on the options when booking online with Disney. Maybe they will if enoough guest ask.
