If Wishes is scheduled for 8 pm in Feb. and park hours for MK are 9-8 as of now, would they push back Wishes if they extended/changed park hours? For example, if a week out from our trip they change hours to 9-9, will Wishes be at 9 instead of 8? I kind of like the idea of early fireworks, but id like to be prepared for the possibility of it getting changed to a later time. TIA for any info!

Wishes is not tied into the closing time of MK (the way IllumiNations is tied to Epcot's closing time.)

So, while it is quite possible that they could move Wishes to a later time if MK's closing time was moved later, it would not necessarily happen.

Can I piggy back on this? We're going in feb and are excited about the early wishes. But they added evening EMH from 8-10 to our day after we made our park plan. I assume we're allowed to still watch? Super bummed this will affect crowd levels

Offsite guests are not forced to leave during PM EMH. It's not like a ticketed event where guests without a ticket are forced to leave.

You can still shop and enjoy fireworks. You just won't be able to ride any rides

What's more, there are very seldom any fireworks or parades that take place during PM EMH.
If occasionally, there happen to be, as CAS said, all guests can stay to see them.
