Question about which pool home resort

In your honest opinion, Which of these pool home areas are the nicest? Emerald, Windsor Palms, Windsor Hills, Rolling Hills or Formossa.
I am looking to rent a 6 bedroom home in November and I am completely overwhelmed. I want to be close to Disney, so we can take a break midday.
Is there one that is newer than the others. The resort ammenities are not as important to me as having a nice clean house.

We have stayed only in E.I., but drove around all of them and they are all very very nice. They all are "new" -- most homes built within last five years at most (most homes in WH are BRAND new, in WP and EI, maybe 2 or 3 years old at most) FG is slightly older, but has the biggest lots, but you can find many homes with privacy in the other developments. If you don't care about resort amenities (we don't either!) then just book the best house at the best deal you can find for your dates and you won't be sorry!
