I applied for this and when I made my ressies with Univesal Studios, the travel agent said you had to book through Lowes to get anything. I remember in 2001 we got a bottle of wine per room. Does anyone know? She didn't take my Lowes first card number.:confused3

It all depends now on the number of qualified stays you have. You don't have to book your room directly with LOWES, this last time I did not even mention I had the card but called Lowes later and they confirmed they had me in the system.

After your 2nd stay then you qualify for upgrades, free internet in room, fitness center, etc. But you don't get that until your 3rd stay in a 12 month period. I also think once you hit certain levels then you also receive credits for food and maybe cookies or something in your room.

The only thing I can think of is that you booked a package and that is through an outside company and could be the reason why they told you that.

OK Thanks! I booked through a Universal Studios agent and I will never get to a Loews more then one time a year!! lol I did book 2 rooms though. I think I will just give them my card on arrival. You never know!! Sounds like they changed the rules since I was last there in 2001. It does say the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal doesn't apply so I guess that's that!!

Hard Rock Hotel has its own perks packages through the All Access card.

Thanks everyone! You have been helpful. Now if my family wll all just stick in there. I just planned and bought a pkg. from Universal yesterday and purchased air and today one of the members going has already asked if I'd done it yet?!! It is hard when several people are involved. I will have to let them know that each time the package is changed it costs $50, so if they want to pay that, they can cancel or whatever they want to do!!
