Question about WCC

I made my ressie for WCC for breakfast at 9am. When I made the ressie the CM told me to leave my resort at 8am. Will it take an hour to get from POP to WCC? Should we drive ourselves? When I told DH we had to be on the bus at 8, he asked if I was crazy and said he's on vacation. So I told him I'd leave him in the room. BUt he says he's going. Help!! should we drive or take the bus?

Drive.
Otherwise, you will be on a crowded bus with everyone trying to get to MK early and then still have to transfer to another bus or boat. If you drive, you can leave at 8:30.

While we do utilize WDW transport when going to the parks sometimes we always drive ourselves when going to another resort for breakfast. (Usually for dinner too.) If you get into your car you can be parked and at the podium in 20 minutes safely I think from Pop. Have a lovely time, it's our second favorite breakfast in all of WDW.

We have early breakfast ADR at WCC........should I be considering taking the bus system or pay for a cab......any ideas on the time and transfers involved with the bus ststem vs the cost of a cab ?

There is no direct transportation between resorts at WDW; that's why you were told to allow an hour to get from Pop to WL. You would need to take a bus from Pop to MK, and then transfer to a bus or boat to get to WL.

If you have a car available, I would ALWAYS recommend using it to go from resort to resort, instead of using WDW transportation.
