Question about way we were treated last visit

I am wondering how I can get a hold of someone in the WDW main office. I did a survey and really thought they would contact me by phone, email or something but never heard a word from anyone which is really hard to believe so not sure they even passed the word on. We went last December and it was horrible. I am disabled and had to use a mobility scooter to get where I was going. Their were bus drivers that treated me so nasty. (They were women). The men told me to not let the way they treated me bother me but that is hard to do. We lost 3 days in the par Las because we didn't want to go through the verbal abuse from those two drivwers. It took us so long to get the money together to go but the first day our trip was ruined. As mentioned early I sent a survey in but heard nothing. I would love to go back but after my last experience I am afraid to do so. If you happen to know who I need to talk to, please give me name and number! Thank you so mu:h!

go to the DISNEY site on the internet (Disney.go.com then follow the icons)
when u get to the WDW theme parks there is a spot way at the bottom on the right i believe that says 'contacts.' send them an email. i have heard they always respond. good luck.
