Question about wait list, thank you!

Hi, I have 3 nights in a row reservations at Vero, we're booked for 3 nights, but waitlisted an additional 4th night. If that 4th night comes through, how would I be able to make that 1 reservation? My concern is would we have to switch rooms? Never did this before, so was wondering how it works, thank you!!

As long as the additional night is the same room type then Member Services will be able to merge the reservations together. Whenever the waitlist comes through just do a chat (or email or call) and request they be merged.

Typical turnaround time for the merge requests has been about 10 days. But if the reservation is coming up they will do it right away. They did this for us last week for a stay that starts this Friday.

Typically yes. If not it'll just show up on your dashboard as one stay.
