Question about VISA discount

I booked our ressies for Jan 2006 a few months ago. Magic Your Way for 7 nights with dining plan, no park hopping or water parks,etc. I just called to see if there were any discounts available. The only one she knew of was the VISA discount, but it had to be booked using a Disney Visa card from the beginning. What did I say wrong? Could I apply for the Disney VISA today and remake my reservations when I get it? Yes, I should have used DU travel, but the quotes they gave me were much higher than what I originally got from Disney reservations.

You have to tell the CM the code. There are now two different codes--one I assume is for the disney visa-tho my disney visa is still not listing any discounts. The other should be general.

Sometimes CMs won't just give you the discount, you have to give them the code.
