Question about using transferred points...

If I transferred in points that are not from my Home Resort
and I want to add a day to the end of my Home Resort Vacation...

Can I call 7 months out from the first day of My Trip?

Or Do I have to wait until 7 months from the Extra day I need?

If I have Nov. 1-6 Booked and want to add the 7th,
Do I call on April 1st or April 7th???

When I booked last Fall for my upcoming vacation in May, I could not book until 7 months in advance of the check in for the days I was adding. The theory is that the new days will have a new reservation number and not just be added to the existing reservation, so the 7 months is measured from the first day of the new resrvation. You can link them once booked, however, so your stay is seamless. Best of luck -- Suzanne

I would suggest calling on April 1st to see if they are showing availability for all 7 days you want.

If they do, they might just go ahead and book the additional day, almost like a "new" reservation. Since you will be at the 7 month mark, points can be combined for the trip.

If some of your original dates are sold out, then they will probably make you call back since your 7th day would now be a new reservation and not an extension of your old one.
