We were thinking of getting a few of the Q&C's (at the inflated price), and wanted to know if the individual meal with the 1/2 chicken & ribs is able to be gotten with the voucher. It is listed at 13.89 on Deb's site, and seems to be worth buying the vouchers for (as is B&C, and Pepper Market).
Has anyone been able to order this with a Q&C voucher?

I thought the Q&C vouchers had been discontinued?...

agnes!

You can still get them thru www.wdwspecials.com if your company has set up a corporate discount. They expire 12/31/05.

They are $14.95 each PLUS 6.5tax and $1.50 for shipping. Not the best deal.

I already felt like I had to choose carefully when using the other Q and C's from last year. I would really have to be sure that I only used them at the most expensive restur.

I was surprised to see that they add tax onto the price of the voucher so you can count that "savings" out too.

They might still be worth it for Beaches and Cream and the Pepper Market but since it takes so long to to bus transfers from one hotel to the next, I can't see getting to those resort resturants.

To answer the OP we used the old vouchers 4x for the chicken and ribs meal. It was even suggested by the CM at the register. It was even better when they had Hagen Daz ice cream for the dessert, but they discontinued that :-(

When we went to Ray's at the MVMCP on Dec 16......Chicken and Ribs was not even on the menu...

(perhaps they either only offer during the day or not for MVMCP)

I see the ribs and chicken listed on the menu on Deb's site, but it is a bit dated....

Just returned from a 10 day visit and we used our Q & C vouchers as follows (and ate great, I might add!!):

* Beaches & Cream: Roast Beef Sub (discontinued Prime Rib sub recently, we were told), side of onion rings, large chocolate soda and No Way Jose sundae :Pinkbounc ...Approximate total of meal (which two of us shared) was $25 or so - Used One Voucher.

* Pepper Market: Rib Eye Steak Dinner (freshly grilled steak, grilled veggies, mashed potatoes), plus Large Smoothie...Approximate total of meal was $23-24 or so - Used One Voucher.

* Cosmic Ray's: 1/2 Rotisserie Chicken and Rib Combo, plus mashed potatoes, cooked carrots, large beverage and chocolate cake or carrot cake dessert X 2 orders (shared amongst 2 adults AND 3 children, 7, 3 and 1 years)...Cost was $40.00 and we used 2 vouchers. (This was just earlier this week!!!)

All in all, we had 6 Q & C and 2 Child Premium Breakfasts (used at Chef Mickey's) and we did great saving money and eating very well!

Word of caution: Alot of the counter service restaurants on the Q & C offer combo. meals at the price range of about $6-$7, plus beverage and dessert for another $5...So, for us, we held out on those type restaurants and saved our vouchers for the above, where we knew we would make out better! Child meals were ample enough to feed two of my kids easily, just FYI...Most were $3.99 each, including beverage and side of carrots or fries or mashed! Good luck and Happy Eating!!!! :wave2:
