Question about using Disney gift cards at WDW

i got some Disney gift cards for my bridal shower yesterday. and I was wondering where I could use them.

Can I use them for tips on my TS meals (We'll be on the dining plan)

Can I use them to pay for mini golf, boat and surrey bike rentals at the Marinas?

I also got a Visa Gift card. Can that be used for the above mentioned things too.
