Question about use of SSR fitness center.

We are staying at Saratoga Springs in December. Can SSR guests still use the fitness center for free during their stay? If so, does anybody know the hours they are open?

Also, does that include the sauna, whirlpool, etc. - or just the workout equipment? I do have a massage scheduled one day, and I know I can use the whirlpool, sauna, etc. on that day - but I'm wondering about the rest of the trip.

Anybody know?

The workout room is free to all guest at SSR not sure about the rest. I know it was open at 6.30am in June My DW and I used it.

I was just there in November - the hours were 6am-9pm. Guests can use the entire facility for free. It was very nice and the exercise room is state of the art. Have fun! Barrie

Any details about what is in the fitness area(types, brands, quantities of equipment? Amenities? TVs? etc.) I was at the spa in Nov. but did not check out anything else. Is SSR the BEST fitness center on property? We are staying at OKW in March but understand that DVC members (which we are)can use any other DVC resort's fitness areas. Thanks for any specific info you can provide!
