I believe this is correct - I've never tried it personally but my friend is a size 7 adult and buys child sizes. I think it's a child 6.... which honestly makes no sense to me.
the big kids size 6 is equivalent to a ladies size 8, big kids size 5 = ladies size 7 and so on. bought some for DD14 and they fit well for her; too bad to DD21 and I, we are size 9 so we are stuck buying actual ladies sizes
Thanks all......this is what I thought. My DD's would like some for Christmas (like they don't have enough). I'm going to try them on myself, as the 2 that want them are the same size as me.

ummm....not sure. I wear a 9 in regular shoes as does my DD. I bought her big kids size 6 hoping they would fit her, but they were too small. We both wear ladies size 9 Uggs. Is there a store (Nordstrom maybe?) nearby where you could try them on?
I was told the womens size 5 was same as childs 3. My daughter tried on the 5 it was way too big. I ended up ordering her a size 4 in childrens. Look at the actual length..most places online will tell you the measurements of the sizes in inches.
I wear a 9 so 8 in UGGs. My dd has a kid's 6 and it is too small for me. They run a little more narrow throughout the boot than the adult ones, so they aren't very small just a little too snug (including the length).
