Question about two different parties attending the parks

I do hope I am posting in the correct location!

We arrive to AOA on June 18th and my parents arrive on June 20th... We get to book dining on the 20th of December and my parents on the 22nd of December..... How am I going to make sure that we can eat at the same time and place if our dates are different? Can I reserve dining for all of us on the 20th based off of our reservation. I hope this makes sense!

...and the same question is regarding when I begin to book fast passes.... (19th of April for us, and the 21st of April for my parents!)

Yes, you can book ADRs for all of you at the same time, even though they don't arrive until after you do.

I don't have personal experience with the FP side, but my understanding from other posts on this board is that as long as they have tickets linked to them in MDE, and those tickets will be valid on the days you're scheduling FP for, you're able to schedule FP as if they were staying in your resort room with you.
