Question about Transferring/Renting points

Hi,

I will have 75 BCV points available to rent or preferably transfer as of February 2007 I was wondering if someone could give me some information as to the best way to go about this.Not as far as listing them on the board thats the easy part but as far as the proper way of doing the transfer/payment or reservation/payment contracts? just want to make sure everything goes smooth for myself as well as the renter.Please Email me any help would be appreciated.
