You may be better off waiting a year to sell those contracts. Contracts that are exhausted of usable points for the next year or so sell for less on the secondary market.
If you were looking to buy resale, would you want to buy a contract that you couldn't use for a full year or more?
Most buyers would say no, because there are dozens on contracts on the secondary market that are loaded with banked and current points - so your contract might sit for a long time, which would frustrate you, and make you consider lowering your asking price, or might encourage you to accept a low ball offer.
Let the contract ride for a year, pay the maintenance fees, wrap up your upcoming vacation, and THEN put the contract on the market - you won't regret it!
It would even be better to ask the buyer to reimburse you for maintenance fees when you sell next year, that way they get points, and the only thing you lost was time.
