Question about today (7-3)

Looking at the DL app. The wait times look unusually low (60 for Hyperspace Mountain, 10 minutes for Canal Boats, 20 for Tower if Terror, 45 for Soarin'). App wrong, or is it really that "slow" today/tonight?

I'm sitting on the curb in front of the train station waiting for PTN. App isn't wrong. Wait times are accurate.
