Question about the Whitehall room

We are more than likely going to go with the Whitehall room, the wedding coordinator I spoke with suggested that we have a piano player, with a long table (since we are only having about 10 people).

For the ladies having their reception in the Whitehall room, what are you doing about music? or dancing?

we are using our ipod, we have 18 guets

I am going to have a DJ and dancing. I am going to have around 35 or so guests.

I'm doing the same thing as they suggested to you we only have 12 people. We will only be in the whitehall room for dinner for about 2 and a half hours, we just really wanted a nice meal and background music. We have extended our pre-reception and DP a little.
