Hi, guys. So, I'm curious about how hard it is to get tickets for the special Trick-or-Treat Party and the Christmas Party. Does anyone have any good webpages with special information about them, too? I don't know what all exactly happens; I just know it seems like a lot of fun!

Background: My mother and I are Disney lovers. Obviously why I'm here. :thumbsup2 We've been to Disneyland once several years ago, and Disney World in 2001. We're hoping to get back to Disney World in January 2011, but in the meantime we'd love to get annual passes to Disneyland, seeing as we're hoping to move to Washington state, so that would be our 'home' park. :lovestruc So, we're hoping to move up there this summer, and we'd love to go to the holiday parties later this year.

So, I know the tickets are already on sale for the trick-or-treat party. Do these sell out easily? I ask this because we're still not sure if we could actually go this year, but we'd like to have the option. And if we do get tickets, does anyone have suggestions of which date(s) would be the least crowded? My mother and I can go whenever we want.

Also, when do the tickets for the Mickey Christmas Party, err, thingie, come out? And what dates would be least crowded for that?

Thanks for any help, guys! :goodvibes

:)Tickets for the Halloween party are on sale now only for Annual Passholders and Disney Visa cardholders. Tickets will go on sale to the general public during August. No exact date has been announced, but last year it was Aug. 1st. Apparently the Friday dates sell out first. As far as a Christmas party, Disneyland doesn't have a separate Christmas party event like WDW has.

Oh, okay! Thanks for the info. That helps.

:)You're very welcome! Where in WA are you planning on moving to?

Somewhere near Vancouver. :goodvibes Probably the Felida/Ridgefield area. Do you know anything about that area? We've visited up there a few times now, and think it's just a lovely area.

I live about 50 miles north of Seattle, so I'm not too familiar with that area of the state. We have AP's too, and we love having DLR as our "home" park. There have been so many great airfare deals lately, that it makes it easy to fly to DLR for a trip.

That's awesome! That's exactly how I hope my family gets to be. :goodvibes My mother and I were discussing earlier going next year for my birthday. And I love that with Disneyland, it seems like it's easy to just pick a week to go, and just GO! Unlike Disney World, where you HAVE to plan months in advance. It seems like Disneyland, once you've been at least once, you can just pick and choose and enjoy. I'm looking forward to that. :lovestruc
