Question about the Platforms in Center of Paradise Bay

I was just curious what is going to happen with the huge platforms in the Center of Paradise Bay that are covered with the fire work launchers and stuff? Are they going to be covered with water? Folded up to look like the other little buildings on the water? Or what? Please let me know if anyone has heard anything... Thanks!

My understanding from reading on 'other' message boards is that the platforms raise and lower. During the day, they should be under water, and then rise up for the show.
